Refusal to pay employees outstanding wages for services rendered

Good day.

My 3 kids worked for the Christmas Village under Evellin Naidoo. All 3 of the kids are owed outstanding payment for 2 days each at the Christmas Village, and 1 child is owed payment for an additional day at the stalls. Due to certain circumstances, they are no longer in her employ. After requesting payment as per the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, she has refused to pay their salaries.
