2nd defective phone on contract!

I'm really disappointed with Vodacom, I upgrade last year and got my Nokia Lumia 800, it was fine for about 2 months, then suddenly wouldn't switch on, I went to Vodacom who passed the buck onto Nokia and I had to go to that store to have it checked out, it was shipped off as it needed more observation, it took 3 weeks to get it back, I lost all my info and received a new phone. All that time I had no phone, I'm on contract and wasn't offered a loan phone and was paying for something I didn't have. Now my phone microphone isn't working, people can't hear me when I call or answer and my phone has been taken away once again. I want to highlight all the issues with these phones have been internal and not caused by negligence on my part and once again I get no loan phone from Vodacom, I'm going to loose my data again and still I end up paying for something I don't have. I'm not impressed at all, the Vodacom consultant I dealt with wasn't even interested in my complaint and just handed over a complaint email address... Such poor service!
