Deduction money in my account

In February, a lady approached me and began talking about insurance. She requested my number and said they would call me. However, I have not received any call from them since then.

Then, on February 25, 2023, they deducted R260 from my FNB account without my knowledge. I tried to cancel it but was unsuccessful. I want my money back.
