GOLD REEF CITY THEME PARK
Staff not helpful at all

I was at Gold Reef City today and explained that it's my first time and need assistance and some of the security assisted us only to find out all the information was incorrect after awaiting in a line for an hour and a half we had to turn back home disappointing our kids. The manager at the ticket collection couldn't even assist as there was still space and after a few minutes the tickets was sold out how pathetic is that
