On 03 January 2014, my phone was handed in for repairs after being involve in a vehicle accident. On 13 January 2014 the phone has not yet been assessed. Paying for Vodacom Insurance, paying for a service and this is what you get?

Paid for Vodacom insurance for more than a year and they cant just write off the phone and replace me with a new one, or give any feedback? Received a sms on 13 January 2014 at approximately 10:00 stating that Vodacom will contact me within the next 24Hours, and this did not even happen.

What am i paying for?

This is unacceptable! When i phone and claim to go further with complaints not one person tried to go the extra mile to try and solve my problem! This is where the country is going, not one person willing to help the next! Sick!

Been a Vodacom Customer my entire life, but will seriously be thinking of other providers should i not get feedback.
