I have a lot to say but will focus on only some of the issues:
1. The phone I bought from Vodacom about two weeks ago is faulty. The touch screen is sometimes hypersensitive and sometimes does not respond.
2. For two days, I could not make or receive phone calls or send SMSes even though Vodacom's network was up. Check your own records to confirm that I did not send SMSes or make phone calls on 9 May. If your records do show 101 attempts at phone the same number in a very short period of time, then that would serve of evidence too of me trying without success to just get a phone to ring.
3. The ear piece does not work and I cannot answer or hang up a call with it. I managed this once.
4. The screen keeps locking while I am making a phone call (when I was able to phone) so that I cannot enter numbers when phoning companies that require me to choose options.
5. The speaker phone does not always work. When I went in, I was prepared to exchange the phone for a different one and to pay more for one that actually worked. Vodacom said they would not let me buy a different phone. If the phone is not faulty then there should be no problem in selling it to another customer.
