How to get to a solution? If no-one respond

I've left a complaint about vodacom 5 days ago on Hello Peter, just to receive a mail asking my details. The complaint was about unusual data usage, which we discovered was an e-mail send non stop for 5 days from the phone even with the mail showing it was delivered the first day. When we went on the e-mail account on a desk top it actually shows the mail was send thousands of times from the phone. It actually states it in the mail that it was send from the phone. And now that there is a huge bill, which was caused not to our fault Vodacom has blocked the number. This was done for a account up to date, I'm struggeling just to get an answer back from Vodacom to resolve this issue for 2 weeks and 4 days, just to here their most famous words 'we'll phone you back'. So I've got no phone to use, because it is blocked without my consent and this is for an up to date account. I've spend a lot of time in there stores and on the phone to resolve, with no satisfaction, I believe I will have to start the complaint process with the Consumers Protection Act. If I can give anyone advise, read all complaints about vodacom before engaging in any contract with them. Assistance will be appreciated.
