Harassment and Abuse by Vodacom

My name is Caroline Mozwenyana and I would like to complain about the harassment & abuse I experienced & still experiencing with Vodacom.
I bought an experia go on the 16/11/12 @ the Vodacom store menlyn, I only used this phone for about 7 months and it did not work, it was not charging.
I took it in for service to vodashop @ mall @ reeds &I was given a broken phone as a loan phone. The loan phone (Samsung) did not work, it was giving me problems at all times.
Third week of February 2014 I was called in to come get a new phone. But they gave me another broken phone. I have had this phone for about three weeks and already I am experiencing. This phone is extremely slow, it hangs, at times I am not even able to answer calls because it freezes, I am not able to scroll, to text. To open one thing I have to wait for about 3-5 minutes or longer before it can open. This is a complete nightmare.
I am paying R315 Insurance every month, but I have not even once received a decent phone from Vodacom or a decent service.

I truly feel harassed, abused and mistreated by the Vodacom. I also feel so helpless.
Please can you help me! I need a phone
