Lost my phone bb9900 claim with vodacom insurance got 2 days later blackberry Q10 walk out of the shop Charge phone switch on Poor signal.
Called vodacom send from 1 department to the next
Get into my car drove 60 km vodacare polokwane again no help send back to shop
Shop took phone told me they will send it back to polokwane I will wait minimum a week for my phone
Phone vodacom insurance been cut off 3 times and send back to the shop and been told if I come by the shop phone them@ shop cut off agen
Get hold of mr Michael shuenyane who told me that this is nothing to do with vodacom insurance
I ask can I speak to the manager he Michael said this is nothing to do with manager he won't transfer me to the manager coz this is nothing to do with Him (manager)
Then he transferred me to one of the ladies that cut me off that made it clear to me this is my problem and not theirs and she recommend I should cancel my insurance And she transferred me to cancel dept

Canceled insurance now I have no phone and I was paying insurance all the time

Vodacom took my money and to me that if I took a insurance with them I will have a phone as soon as possible

I guess I was robbed
