I applied for a new contract for the Iphone 5 at MTN in 5 Simmonds on the 21st of February 2013. Today is the 19th of March and I still have not received my phone or contract. I have been to the branch several times since then. First I was told that the system was down, then there was a backlog, and I have since been given many reasons why the process is delayed. Individuals who applied for the same contract days after me have already received their contracts but I am still waiting. I have been a loyal MTN pre-paid client for more than ten years and I am beginning to consider my alternatives. I am very disappointed.
