I am a client of Cell C for the past three years. Last month I applied for a new contract for the Apple Iphone while my data modem contract was still active and in use. When I applied for the contract they had no issue that I already have another contract with Cell C. When I wanted to upgrade my current data modem Cell C declined the application as I took out the new contract for the Iphone I can only upgrade or apply for a new data contract in two months. In the mean time I can not do any research on the internet for my current studies. It does not make sense that I need to wait two months for debits orders to go off for my Iphone if i already been a client for three years. I had my dat modem for three years and never had a issue with it, as soon as I really need to use it i cannot due to the fact that all of sudden my modem does not read my sim card. My friend opened THREE new contracts (for the BBZ10, Iphone and another BB) at Cell C last week without any hassle... what is the difference then. Can I do my research in one of the branches for my studies??
