I have been a loyal customer of cell c since inception and can say they care NOTHING about their customers. On 8 Jan I applied for the iPhone 5 contract at canal walk & was told by month end I would have a phone. It's now April and I still have NO phone. 3 months!
I was told not to come into the store as I would be contacted once stock arrived, my name was on a waiting list It seems they didn't follow protocol and skipped over my name and in the process they are now out of stock again. I had sold my current iPhone to a friend but after 2 months of waiting they gave up and went for the cell c iPhone contract - and this is the best part, they signed up through cell c direct on 28 feb and within a week they had their iPhone 5. I still am waiting & no one can say when I will receive my phone
I called customer service to complain and followed the option of sending an SMS to report my problem. After waiting a wk with NO response I called again, waited 30min to be served. My complaint was logged & 2 days later I ws notified my complaint ws resolved: I must go to the branch! I only contacted customer service coz I had NO luck at the branch. I am so angry & feel helpless. No accountability
