On Hold For well over 120min (084 145)

Got my contract SIM card delivered this morning 10:13. I called customer service to have it activated and they put me through to 084 145 then my nightmare started. No consultant answered for 40min straight. I call again and the same thing happened, on hold for 45min with my phone on speaker still no help. Called for the third time, this time called 084 145 directly and there was no answer once again for another 40min. I then went on Cell C website called their main switchboard on 011 324 4000, I got transferred to the CEO's desk spoke to Thapelo who had a very bad attitude as if he is been bothered by the call. Still my Sim Card is not active.

Cell C is very bad and I wholeheartedly regret taking a contract of 24 months with them. I will never make the same mistake again or even recommend Cell C to anyone alive or dead as for that matter.
