MTN -Very Poor service

On the 6 Feb, I applied for a data contract and also wanted to cancel an existing contract as the contract ended in January 2013 and MTN failed to advise that they would be charging me standard rates. I explained to the branch manager I wanted the sim to be changed to a prepaid sim and applied for a data contract. I thought I was signing a document to this effect as per verbal conversation had with the manager. I then contacted MTN 3 weeks as I was called to say to pick up the modem but also received a sms to say my contract has been upgraded, after several calls explaining what I wanted again to the manager, the data contract was cancelled even though I have been billed for it and still not credited. I also called several times as it is now April and the sim was not transferred to a prepaid. I called again a month and half after all the chaos to find out when I will be credited but still no feedback from MTN. This is utterly unacceptable as I have been a loyal customer for many years. Totally disappointed with the service received.
