Processing of account and stock availability

I am currently on Mtn through Nashua mobile and contract has expired. I applied to go through Mtn direct. I applied for the contract and two days later was told that the contract had been approved and that they are only waiting for stock on the Samsung Galaxy S4 then they will give me a call to come and collect. I never received any calls and went in to the branch on 12/05/2013 to find out that they do have stock. Now I cannot get the phone as they tell me the contract is still being processed after they had previously said otherwise. The consultant said I should come back on 13/05/2013 then it should be processed. I find this hard to believe as its been 10 days since the last time they said it has been approved. If the contract is not processed by 13/05/2013 I will have to cancel the order due to the incompetence of Mtn.
