I am an existing contract holder at cell c. In February i applied for another contract for the IPHONE 4. It was approved. When i received the phone it was not in a proper working condition. Then i returned it and cancelled the contract. Which Cell C ignored. They sent me another Iphone. With that iphone the incorrect Sim Card was sent. I again had to phone them and inform them the Sim sent was incorrect. Another week of wait for the correct Sim card. Which i received eventually. Now my problems really starts. Since last Saturday i have been trying to get this Sim activated. Cell C stores does not want to help me. I went to the Store in Paarl Mall, they say its Cell C's directs problem. Can you believe that?!!! I phone customer care, and with waits of up to 45 minutes the call gets answered but put down in my ear!!! 2 MONTHS!!! NO USE of my PHONE!!! But THEY EXPECT PAYMENT!!! When my contracts are finished I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
