Emails to Veronica and to the MD's personal assistant have gone unanswered. The regional manager does not reply to messages I have left for him. I do not know what to do any more. MTN has removed money from a bank account without permission, which is. Should I be laying a charge of at the police station? It is a simple matter of transferring funds from their account into my husband's account (the account they removed the money from). I don't understand why they cannot do this. I am also appalled at their lack of service and refusal to accept responsibility for this issue.
