It is now more than 4 months. A double debit order went off my account. Mantoa, please contact these people who have been working on this issue - [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and get this issue resolved for once and all. I want this contract cancelled. I am so frustrated by the lack of willingness to help and also the fact that I have to pay for something I cannot use. Can someone please just phone me so we can sort this out?
