Called mtn customer services this morning, wanted to make a payment to collect upgrade on contract. I have asked him how and which branch to pay the amount due and informed him if all was in order to collect my tab. he insured me that after the payment via eft i do not have to do anything alse besides taking the proof of payment to the vaal mall shop and collect my upgrade. When i got to the shop they refused the give me my upgrade. Since then i have been calling mtn customer services more than 5 times and no one helps me. Ive even insisted that they take my ref nr from this mornings call and listen to the call and inform me as to what they are going to do about giving me conflicting information. Eventually spoke to stuard who still did not help me resolve this issue bit said he wil investigate after i have insisted several times that he sort this mess out as it was mtn service centre ref nr 106367635 who gave me the wrong information in the first place. This resulted in me making a payment and mtn not willin to give me my upfrade today as promised by die customer service consultant this morning.
