Money withdrawn from investment acc

Money was removed form my investment account and the bank staff gave me the run around about how this has happen and where it happened. I had to run from police station to police station and back and forth to the bank and I ended up at the doctors for treatment of high blood pressure.

The money has been reimbursed within 3 business working days, but the bank did not send an apology for the inconvenience and to top it all, ABSA does not admit liability of the transactions, which makes me very angry because the money that was removed from my account was from my investment account!! now if ABSA does not accept liability who should because we are not just talking about and ordinary day to day transaction account we are talking about an investment account that I, as the account holder cant just withdraw money anyhow from it I need to transfer funds first before I can withdraw the funds.

I demand a formal apology from ABSA for the inconvenience and I want to be paid for the pain and suffering that I had to go through as a result of the whole ordeal, because I ended up having to encounter medical expenses because of this mess!!
