So I had someone phone me to cancel my service with these guys but it looked as though I had been speaking with telkom in human form and not a representative. Not only was this lady rude but most importantly she did not do as I had asked, she did not cancel my service. Today I received an sms notifying me to pay R2000 and some change for what? Your guess is as good as mine. So if problems cant be resolved here nor at a branch then where do I go?
