It is now 3 weeks since (6 weeks in total since the migration) and still nothing has happened and the issue is still not resolved.
I'm getting very edgy here since MTN is now in clear breach of contract not rendering services paid for.
If this is not resolved ASAP I will have no other recourse but to turn to the CPA and get this contract cancelled and all funds I spend (sim swaps) reimbursed.
I'm utterly disappointed in MTN, and it seems there are no knowledgeable people who can help one.
