LESS THAN PERFECT SERVICE

I called in to apply for the ipad deal on Tuesday 12.03.13 at 08:10. I was told that I would have a response in 2 - 24 hours. I had not heard anything by 12:00 so I called in again I was informed that I needed to submit bank statements, which I mailed to Devashen Padayachee. He confirmed while I was on the phone that he had received the paper work. I have called in about another 4 times, I spoke to a Janet and a Katlego Ndavenj who was rude. All the times I called in they say the application is incomplete they will get Melissa to call me back. I am still waiting. If I did not call in the second time how would I have known they need my bank statement!! This morning I was told all the supervisors are in a meeting! Please could someone call me back 0825283644
