Home loan application

We applied for a home loan on 6 April 2013 and it was processed 8 April 2013. I called standard bank yesterday, 25 April 2012, because nobody got back to us about the status of our application. I was so upset to find out that it was DELETED! That is what the lady from the bank told me (Benita).

Standard Bank didn't even bother to call us back to inform us that our application has been deleted. Benita (call centre) told me that the application was incomplete... How could it be incomplete when we took ALL of our documentation as requested and had submitted all of our information? If there was anything else that standard bank needed with regard to our application, why didn't they inform us?

Why do i have to phone standard bank when they said they will call us? This is now the second time this has happened to us. Here we are waiting and waiting like fools for standard bank to call us or send us an sms saying "approved" or "incomplete".

The lady (Benita) said we have to go back to the bank and redo everything again (this will be the 3rd time). It is not a 5 minute process. If standard bank does not want to help us, we will go to FNB
