I applied for a bond on my house.
They did approve it subject to some things. Including 3 months bank statements.
Which I did give to them. But apparently the statements have to sow your 3 months salary being paid into the bank
Wow thank you standard bank for telling me this, after I submitted the papers.
Then I send them some more statements. And all I get was and E-mail.
To tell me to submit the following forms. There was nothing to submit according to that mail.
I actually e-mailed them to ask what this is all about... no response
I mailed again to find out how far my application was... no response
I mailed them today again... I got a response asking in what part of the house am I going to practice.
Very confused, I asked again. The guy said I am opening a practice at my home, I am the doctor.
I asked if he was looking for me and he said yes, he is. Well now I became a doctor and I am opening my own practice according to Standard bank
I told him to fix the mess up, and call me back in 5 minutes. it has been 3 hours, I have mailed them as well, and still no reply going on for 2 hours
