I went to African Bank to apply for a Loan on the 16th of October and everything was processed and I was given a contract and was told that I would get an sms later on the day or the following day. When I called the call centre the following day I was told that they are still waiting for my employer to confirm my employment and this could take up to 48 hours. I waited the whole weekend and when I called the call centre again on Monday I was told that my ID was not clear it was faint. When I heard this I was very suprised and very angry because no one called me to tell me about that. I then went to my branch to ask them what is going on, the lady who was processing my application showed me that she has been sending my application back and forth with my ID but still till now nothing has happened. i have just called the call centre now and I was told that my application is still on assesment. What I want to know is that if someone is applying for a loan surely someone should know that this is an urgent matter. Its now nearly a week what am I supposed to do I need this money urgently please!!!
