Funds not tranferred back into my account

I requested FNB to capitalize funds around June 2012, after the request I seized receiving statements.

I called their call centre again on17th May 2013 and the lady I spoke to sent a one pager in Afrikaans which does not even show balances.
I went to the Centurion Branch on the 20th of May and the lady that assisted me confirmed that their loan centre were not sending my statements and she updated my info on their behalf.
i then called their call centre again and was assisted by Maxine, I told her that seeing that the money is just lying there she can have it transferred in my account. she informed me that it will take 2-3 days.

I called on the 24th May and was informed by Melissa that the transfer takes 24-48 BUSINESS hours, she then transferred me to Maxine who said that the matter will be escalated to her supervisor. She also confirmed that she has given me wrong info about the timeframe. I told Maxine that FNB will do the transfer today (24th May) and her supervisor should call me by 13:00, I still do not have a response from them!
