I called ooba's call centre to enquire about applying for a bond. I spoke to a lady by the name of Karen who emailed me all the paperwork I needed to complete and return for the application. I sent all the forms in on Monday night and asked for a time frame as to when I'll get some feedback. Tuesday morning Karen mailed me and informed me she'll get back to me during the course of the day. I waited till 3:30pm and mailed Karen to find out what's going on to which she replied she's waiting on my credit report so she'll get back to me the following afternoon. It takes bank and other financial institutes minutes to get a credit report in fact they do it while you on a call with them. It takes me 15mins to get a comprehensive report so how can it take them 48 hours? I'm angered at this blatant to me yet I've not received any form of explanation or apology. I've decided not to allow them to handle my bond application because I don't think they're worth the paper, ink or time it took me to complete those forms
