On Tuesday morning 21 May 2013 I received a SMS with regards to my current cover, I immediately called and spoke to Ashwill Erasmus. He then advised me that he would need to request the call recording so that he can give me feedback which would be by midday. At 13h00 I called back and spoke to him as I heard nothing from him, he told me he just received the call and would call me within 15 min, which he did but due to work commitments I was unable to answer the call. I called back but he wasn't available and the agent that answered the phone sent him a E-Mail Reminder to call me back, I tried again 15 min later and still no answer and another E-Mail was sent to him. I tried again 2 hours later and still he was not contactable. My Wife then called the next day and spoke to another manager who was going to try and get hold of him and find out what is happening.

Its been 4 days since I enquired about my account and no one has called me to provide feedback.
