I had three contracts expiring at the end of March this year. vodacom decided to ignore my requests even though I provided everything necessary to legally close my contracts. These contracts continued to be debited and eventually I refused to pay any more. I refused to use these contracts further as they were supposed to be cancelled. Now vodacom is furthermore attempting to take legal action against me, this is completely ludicrous. Vodacom has most definitely become a nightmare to me and I can only warn people to be careful when choosing this network. They have wasted huge amounts of my time and money and this stress is not necessary.
Vodacom you are my money, my time and my health with stress.
