Pre Mature cancellations for the SECOND TIME

Last year June 2012 i did a pre mature cancellation and payed the amount on the quote and sent through the proof, then i get July statement and shows the amount i payed and shows im in a credit so i call accounts and accounts put me through to cancellations and i get told the cancellation was not invoiced, so now a payment i did in June they only decide to invoice in Aug, taking off my other contracts off the credit and then when they invoice the amount finally i owe more than what i usually pay as they just deducted my other contracts off the credit that was for the cancellation! So sept my account is finally up to date and back to normal so i check march 2013 statement and its the normal amount but when the debit order goes off i get a sms and they have not taken off the amount that was reflecting on the statement but they have taken off R 5112.02 more than what i had to pay putting my bank account in R0.00, so now i hear cancellations dept invoiced that same cancellation of June last year now in march again! with no notification on the statement at all.i have had to send this proof of payment through 3 times now to prove i have payed this!! this is a joke!! not impressed
