I am trying since November last year to cancel my internet contract at Vodacom because the 2 year contract is finished and ever since then my contract hasn't been cancelled they still deduct the amount every month and the contract hasn't been cancelled at all, i struggling to get hold of the cancerelations department regarding my problem and still no luck. They need to refund the amounts they deduct over the past months. And cancel the account for GOOD!!! Although the operator who I'd spoken to said it is cancelled, but why still deduct the amount every month...
