Wrong invoice

Called vodacom cancellations department last week, they gave me a quotation to cancel my to contracts. I paid the amounts in on the 13 August 2013. Then I emailed the documents through the same day. The 17th I called to ask if the accounts have been cancelled, they said they never received the documents. Called now again like 10 mins ago and was told they still haven't received the documents and need to resend them. The problem now is that they are saying to me that the settlement amounts given never included this months instalment, which is really upsetting cos I can't afford to pay that big amount at the end of the amount. They should have told me that the settlement amount did not include this months bill. Cos I have been billed already this is unacceptable. Where am I suppose to get that amount of money cos that wasn't in my budget. I was only planning on paying the 1 contract that's lefts amount. This is really bad service and I don't think I should be held liable for this cos no one explained the hole thing properly to me. Then I called customer care and this guy tells me, they can maybe bill the amount that's left next month. I don't want to pay next month, I'm done
