Vodacom incorrectly debited my account

I went to Vodacom Shop Springs which is owned by the Hi-Cell group and asked if they could assist me with cancelling a few of my contracts. I was told by the consultant "We don't do cancellations here, phone 082 1958" I then explained to them how to assist me with cancelling my contracts, Provide me with the cancellation forms which are attained from their Trade Partner, Let me fill in the forms, pay the total amount outstanding at Standard Bank. Then fax all these documents back to Vodacom cancellations. So after helping this Hi-Cell store to help me, the lines were cancelled, or so I thought. I eagerly awaited the 1st of the next month to see how LOW my Vodacom account would be only to get a bill that was more than double the expected amount. Between Hi-Cell and Vodacom, my bank account was debited with the usual amounts AND with the amounts of money I ALREADY paid at Standard Bank! I phoned Vodacom Accounts to rectify the error and they told me I can only get MY money back in 7 days. That was two weeks ago!!! I told Vodacom Accounts that I need MY money for day to day expenses but they just said "sorry, 7 days" I still haven't received MY money to this date.
