OUTRAGIOUS BILL

I took out a contrackt for a tablet with a MYGig2 bundle. With my contract i asked the person (Okkert, not woring at the Cell Shop anymore) to cut of my services every month when i reached my limit. He also explained to me that if i blocked my line to not go over my allowed useage i wouldnt receive the free 2GB available for useage at night. Its a full year later and this month i get a HUGE bill. i phoned the cell shop to check what is going on, and the owner said, sorry he doesnt have ANY documents stating that i sighned to block my services? He also said that i should have done it with him and not his employies.??? why are they then even working with costomers? Do they have the nessesary qualifications to help clients in optaining cellphone contracts? Because of this employee not doing his work and the owner not taking ANY responsablity i am left with a bill of R1730 that has to be paid. In a year i never had any problems with my contract??? why now? and the best part is the Owner of Cell Shop selling VODACOMS contracts said IT HAPPEN A LOT? :??? WHAT THE VODACOM. I will be requesting my contract from you so my atturney can go through it! and proof of staff training!!!
