I have received an invoice from yourselves indicating that my premiums have increased by 100% due to an upgrade from your side. My contract clearly states that its a 12 month contract with a month to month contract.
Please leave my contract as is i.e R499 per month.
Again, I must stress that I will not take the upgrade and my contract of R499 remains for the duration of the contract.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and a favourable response is required as soon as possible.
