As far as i am concerned No matter has been attended to.

I did not request that you confirm the data useage.
My concern is the ridiculos bill that I get at the end of the month after i know i put a cap/ limit on my account. its very convenient for vodacom to have a capping system that does not work so you can surprise your customer with a huge bill at the end of the month.

If you can manage limits and capping for pre-paid customers they why cant you do the same for contract customers. Just because you have access to my bank account to deduct my monthly invoice does not mean you can exploit that client trust.
If I put a limit on my account i expect the limit to be effective.
That is how i manage my data... dont tell me that managing my data means i must check the size of emails etc everytime i want to download an email... that is just ridiculos.

As Allister mentioned that this is a system shortfall and i dont see how vodacoms shortfalls should be costing me money... and might I add excessive and ridiculos amounts of money for minimal data useage!!
