NISSAN NP200 DCi OVERHEATING PROBLEMS

I now had my 2nd Nissan NP200 that failed by overheating under warrantee. The 1st failed during August 2022 having done approx. 40 000km while driving in town at about 30km/hr. They collected it and at first claimed it was only the oil pump that failed and replaced it after many weeks of waiting just to realize the engine was not repairable. After months of waiting for them to supply a new engine we opted to sell the bakkie to Nissan (after threatening them with the OMBUDSMAM) and bought a petrol NP200 as I came to the conclusion the Dci is not reliable. During December 2023 one of my other NP200 with Dci engine (still under warrantee) also came up with same problem, but at a speed of round 120km and just blew water out from the engine hood. we had it picked up with a tow truck at a cost of round R7400.00. We then contacted Nissan Benoni whom collected the bakkie the next day. to make a long story short I received a call from them yesterday starting with when did I had the thermostat changed on which I confirmed the Nissan Benoni is the only people work on my Nissans, now I received an SMS stating that NISSAN SA rejected the warrantee claim as they claim the bakkie was not stopped immediately when things went wrong. My argument is :- if they could not even repair the previous engine that failed at a low speed, how would it be possible for them to repair an engine with the same failure doing 120km/hr?
