No assistance for months

The CF department stated that it would take six weeks to deregister and reregister. All documents were received and complete in August 23, but the process is still not complete to this day. I keep phoning to check why, and there's no clarity. The DOL and CF agents, as well as the DOL branch, are really incompetent.
