I made a decision to cancel my contract with Nashua Mobile MTN as my requirements changed and visiting a Nashua shop to discuss my needs was not an option. Shahida made a point of getting hold of me as the number showed private. We spoke, discussed my requirements and sent me all the info I needed.
Within 4 days everything was finalized and I received my phone today.
I spent maybe 20 minutes in total, against an hour in a shop waiting for assistance.
Thank you Shahida, not only for meeting my work needs, but also dealing with me in my native tongue.
