Vodacom

I took out 3 contracts with vodacom 3 months ago. the one is a samsung tab with a 1 gig top up for R299pm. They filled in the wrong contract wich was a talk500 and brougt me another contract wich was the right one. When I got the first bill it wasR2600 instead of R299. The other contract was a talk350 top up but my bill was R1700. Sanet told me the top up was not activated and she will crrect this so the account will stop on 350 and you need to top up by buying air time if you want to continiue. The third contract was also a R350 talk with a block on R600 wich the block also was not activated and the bill was R2400 instead of R600. After seeing the manager Annelie I was assured every thing will be corrected and I will be refunded. This monthe the bills was the same and I never recieved a refund. After numerous of caals wich they prommised to call back with info but never did I took off work to go see them and was prommised the owner of the shop will sort every thing and call me. Needless to say NOTHING. My monthly payment should be R1800 in total but my bill is nearly R6000pm for 2 months now and they refuse to correct the error or to cancell the contract or even get back to me!!!
