We rented to own a Samsung Curve tv from Teljoy, the tv was paid off and we are paying insurance to Teljoy every month since we first received the tv. The tv was damaged due to lightning. We contacted Teljoy immediately. First they said they will send a technician to us - that did not happen. Then they said they will replace our tv with a new Samsung 50". So today, a week later they sent us someone's secondhand Samsung tv in a Hisense box (see photos attached). This is daylight ROBBERY and FALSE promises!!! Worse service ever!
