On 12/11/2023, I was gambling at the Caledon Casino when a Casino employee, Robin de Bruin, approached me and asked if I would like to participate in the Slots Tournament. I said yes and then asked what was included in the R3000 fee.
Ms. de Bruin then stated that the package included a 2-night hotel stay at the Caledon Hotel (check-in on 8 December and check-out on Sunday, 10 December), which she would reserve for me at the hotel front desk. The package also included arrival drinks and food, a Gala evening with dinner on Saturday night, 9 December, and entrance to the Slots Tournament.
I asked her to repeat the whole package once again as I wanted to be sure of everything that was included for R3000.
As of today, 05/12/2023, the Caledon Casino/Hotel has not been answering telephone calls, emails, or SMSs. When I searched for my hotel booking, it was nowhere to be found. When I called Tsogo Sun in Johannesburg over the past few days, there was also no response.
I would like a refund of my R3000 as TsogoSun has falsely advertised all of the attached information.
