MISREPRESENTATION WITH UPGRADE

WHEN NEGOTIATING MY UPGRADE I SPECIFIED TWO REQUIREMENTS. 1) A SMART PHONE, 2 A LARGE KEYPAD TO SUIT MY FINGERS. AFTER SETTLING ON A CONTRACT WHICH WAS ACCEPTABLE, AND OFFERING TWO PHONES, I AGREED. STILL ACCEPTING THAT BOTH PHONES WILL BE SMARTPHONES AS AGREED TO EARLIER IN THE CONVERSATION AS WELL AS ONE PHONE WITH LARGE KEYS, AND THAT WAS NEVER CONTRADICTED. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME AS BEING IN A GROUP OF PEOPLE MAINLY COMMUNICATING VIA SMS. AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PHONES AND GOING TO SOME EXPENSE AND TROUBLE TO FIND OUT THAT ONLY ONE PHONE IS A SMART PHONE. I AM OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER. TWO OTHER MATTERS COME TO MIND WHICH PROVES THE INCOMPETENCE OR INSUFFIENT IN HOUSE TRAINING OF THEIR STAFF: MY TROUBLE WITH SIM CARDS AND THE NON RESPONSE TO E-MAIL QUERIES
