In response to my last post.
I visited an 8TA store to book our cell phones in for repairs (I still do not understand how BOTH brand new phones required repairs after a month, bad luck? I think not). We were not provided with any compassion when I mentioned that we will not have phones for this period, it was merely brushed off. I then had to purchase 2 new cell phones in order to be contactable, an extra expense on my part.
After 2 weeks, I received a response that the phones cannot be repaired and will be replaced by 2 new phones. Fair enough. I returned to the 8TA store to find that the phones were wrapped in paper and in a plastic not characteristic of Blackberry... No boxes?
On inspection, one of the phones was scratched on the side, the other had trouble with the keypad. Bad luck again that we happened to get defect phones? No!
8TA blatantly provided us with reconditioned phones. This was clear! It is an insult to me as I am not to be played a fool.
Also, why quality check a brand new phone in-house? Surely Blackberry does a quality check before distribution?
PLEASE REFUND MY CONTRACT EXPENSES AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT!
I DO NOT WANT ANY DEALINGS WITH 8TA
