Good day. I upgraded on the 12th of Sep 13 phone was delivered on the 18th. But that's were my problem start they quoted me for TWO Smart mini phones on the top up 135 but only delivered one of the phones. And then my nightmare started. I'm being transferred from the one department to the other and no one can HELP me or tell me where is the other phone. The deals is in their new booklet of Sep 2013. The invoice also shows that just one phone was dispatched. After spending hours on the phone I'm sick and tired of getting the run around. If been with vodacom for years and was pestered to upgrade and when i do it this is what i get. Not cool guys
