FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF

I took a contract with autopage last year and in that time i've had my blackberry 9900 changed 4 times... yes... 4 times. This phone has such serious software issues. I have lost so much of data on the phone because the phone keeps on deleting my stuff and freezing and doing as it pleases. Does autopage realise what an inconvenience it is to be without a phone for months? when it went in twice earlier, i had to wait for more than a month each time because Autopage ALWAYS NEVER has stock of phones. This time its already over 2 weeks. This time i've told the autopage... I don't want a bb... for all the trouble i've had, I would prefer a Samsung S4. They don't mind as long as i pay the difference. Excuse me... all the bb's you've given me the past year have been defective..i've gone for months without a phone... lost so much of data... and you want to give me another 9900? Never another contract with Autopage... NEVER. I now sit without a phone... with autopage holding a gun to my head... pay for samsung 4 or get the 9900. Autopage might as well just keep the phone!
