BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

I handed my dual Sim Card Samsung in at Lifestyle Centre for repairs to my screen on the 9th December 2012. I mentioned to the guy that I am responsible for the damage and will gladly pay for repairs. I gave him a telephone where they could contact me as I will be on holiday. Needless to say repairs dept tried??? to contact me on numbers that I do not know where they got as I stay in Centurion and this was a JHB number. When I fetched my phone early in January I was told it is not repaired. I asked the gentleman to phone and find out why? He did and refused to let me speak to the person as "No customer is allowed to speak on the shop telephone". HOW IS THAT FOR BAD SERVICE!!!
Then to add to my frustration I get a bill for R563.40 - being charged for add-ons that was CANCELLED and for an ASSESMENT FEE TO TELL ME MY PHONE CANNOT BE FIXED BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ME -NOT INFORMED OF PRIOR
I tried to get hold of the repairs department on numerous number but to no avail. NEEDLES TO SAY I STILL DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE THAT WORKS AND AM STILL PAYING MY CONTRACT!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE i HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND NOBODY AT AUTOPAGE IS WILLING TO RESOLVE IT!!
