Vodacom staff use cutomer accounts 2 upgrade phone

I am very disappointed in Vodacom as a service provider. My Mother had a contract with them for her three children. She cancels the one phone as my brother moves to another network. The2 remaining phones inexplicably stops working last week and when she inquires what the issue is, the following feedback is received. Her phone has been cut off because she has not paid the R105.00 upgrade fee for one of the phones. Shocked she explains that she has not upgraded any of the phones. It then becomes apparent that Vodacom staff has used the cancelled account to "upgrade" the phone for personal use and my mother have been paying for that third phones use for months! My mother had to report the occurrence at the police station and Vodacom pledged to re-reimburse her and that the phones would be up and running after 36 hours...
Guess what? The phones are still not working (for 5 days now) and she has not been compensated for the corruption on their side. Neither has the guilty parties taking advantage of their customers been dealt with. It seems Vodacom does not mind being associated with crime and abusing the rights of their customers. Looking at other service providers for future contracts
