Hello Peter,

PLEASE PLEASE can u help me with an isue that i currently have with Vodacom, I"ve phoned them up in August 2012 to cancel (knowing i must give them notice) my contract with them, and go back to pre paid.
I've told them i cant afford the high contract amount and was told they could bring the amount down witch they did but i was under the impression that it would be only for the remaining of my exciting contract. now they have extended my contract on witch i never wanted in the first place.

I have spoken to every department and its turning in a wild goose chase cause nobody can assist me in the matter. I am also being billed for extra things (sms bundle and data bundle) that ive also cancelled with them that has not been done. know my phone line has been terminated. i have send my "CV"to about 50-60 places for work and now nobody can get hold of me.
